GQM air flow dryer is a large-scale drying equipment that adopts the principle of instant drying. It uses the rapid movement of heat carrying air to drive wet materials, suspending them in hot air. This strengthens the drying process and improves the heat and mass transfer rate. The non bound water of the materials dried by air flow can be almost completely removed (such as starch and other materials, with a feed moisture content of ≤ 40% and a finished product moisture content of ≤ 13%). The dried materials will not deteriorate, and the output can be significantly improved compared to general dryers. It is one of the ideal drying equipment.

working principle:

The working principle of this machine is to pass the air through the filter and heater, and then enter the drying main pipeline. At the same time, the wet material is quantitatively and uniformly fed into the drying main pipeline through the speed regulating feeder, and flows in parallel with the hot air. During the movement, the wet material is accelerated and enters the buffer section, completing dispersion and drying. The airflow and materials flow together into the first stage cyclone collector, and most of the dry materials are separated and recycled in the hopper. A small portion of the materials enter the second stage collection and are separated again along with the airflow. The remaining trace particles and air are blown into the bag filter and filtered by the high-density filter cloth. The trace particles are trapped in the filter bag, and the air used to transport the materials is purified and discharged into the atmosphere.
